Glass Railing Return and Refund Policy

 

Glass Returns (Delivery Orders):

We guarantee that the glass will arrive in excellent condition. We recommend opening the crate upon delivery and performing a quick visual inspection. You have 3 days from the delivery date to notify us of any damage that occurred during transport. Any damage must be reported before installation in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. If damage is confirmed, we will either reimburse you or ship a replacement at no additional cost.

It's important to note that breakage during transport is extremely rare, occurring on average only once in every 3,952 orders, or 0.00025% of the time. Our extensive experience in packing and shipping glass ensures that your order is handled with the utmost care.

Glass Returns (Pick Up Orders):

You have 3 days from the delivery date to report any transport-related damage. All damage must be reported before installation to qualify for a replacement or reimbursement.

If damage is confirmed:

• We will replace the damaged panel at no additional cost, including replacement shipping.
OR
• We will reimburse the cost of the damaged panel only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom Measurement Responsibility:

All custom-cut glass panels are manufactured strictly according to the measurements and specifications provided at the time of purchase.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying all dimensions, measurements, and installation requirements before placing an order.

Due to the custom nature of these products, orders cannot be returned or modified due to incorrect measurements, design errors, or changes in project requirements.

Hardware Returns:

Hardware items that have not been used and remain in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for an exchange for store credit within 30 days from the purchase date. To initiate an exchange, please visit our store with the hardware item in its original condition along with your purchase receipt. Our knowledgeable staff will guide you through the exchange process, ensuring it is both efficient and hassle-free.

Packaging and Return Instructions:

For items that meet the return criteria, it is crucial that they are carefully and securely packaged for their return journey to our store. To ensure optimal protection during transport, we recommend using the original packaging materials or a suitable, equally protective alternative.
