Glass Returns (Delivery Orders):
We guarantee that the glass will arrive in excellent condition. We recommend opening the crate upon delivery and performing a quick visual inspection. You have 3 days from the delivery date to notify us of any damage that occurred during transport. If you find any damage, we will either reimburse you or ship a replacement at no additional cost.
It's important to note that breakage during transport is extremely rare, occurring on average only once in every 3,952 orders, or 0.00025% of the time. Our extensive experience in packing and shipping glass ensures that your order is handled with the utmost care.
