Ever wondered how we ship glass without breaking it? You’re in the right place! Shipping glass can seem daunting, but it's our specialty, and we've perfected the process over the years. Our dedicated team has developed and refined methods to ensure your glass arrives safely and intact.

1. Crating the Glass

We take great care in crating the glass at our warehouse to ensure minimal movement during transport, a process that typically takes one business day. We meticulously stack the glass together and secure the hardware on the side of the box to limit any movement. The glass is tightly strapped together, with small cork pieces placed between each pane to provide extra cushioning.

Keep in mind that our glass is about double the thickness of an average car window, so there's virtually no risk of it breaking during transport. With over 30,000 crates successfully shipped over the years, we've mastered the art of safe and secure glass transportation. Rest assured, your glass is in expert hands.

 

2. Shipping Glass Deck Railing

Once your order is ready, it waits securely for the carrier to pick it up. We collaborate with both local and international carriers known for their exceptional care in transporting delicate products. We take pride in ensuring that your glass arrives in perfect condition, and we guarantee it will be handled with the utmost care every step of the way

3. Receiving Frameless Glass Railing

Great! The much-anticipated moment has arrived—receiving your frameless glass railing. The carrier will deliver the securely packaged glass railing using their tailgate service to your business. Please prepare a spot in advance to place this large box; the dimensions are typically around 80" x 48" x 24".

Upon receiving your package, carefully inspect it to ensure all items are present and undamaged. If there are any issues, don’t worry—we will send a replacement free of charge because we care about our customers and your experience. You have 3 days to report any damage directly to our email.

Please note that any accidents or damages that occur after the goods have arrived in good condition, such as during installation, are not covered by the 3-day inspection period.
