Paneles de soporte para puerta (con perforaciones para bisagras)

The glass panels themselves seem to be good quality, although it is still very early after installation. Visually, the finished product looks great and I’m very happy with the overall appearance.

My disappointment has been with the lack of support after the purchase.

I had originally planned to purchase a single gate, but your company suggested that a double gate would look better. I agreed with the recommendation and went ahead with the double-gate setup. That obviously means having two floor locks that need to be properly secured when the gates are closed.

When I contacted the company asking what type of receiver should be used for the floor locks, how they are normally installed, or even whether there was a particular receiver you could recommend, I was essentially told that I was on my own. I was advised that the company does not provide guidance regarding floor-lock receivers and did not have a product to recommend.

That was extremely disappointing. If a company sells a glass gate system that includes floor locks—and specifically recommends a double-gate configuration—I would expect them to have enough experience with their own product to provide some basic installation guidance, best-practice advice, or at the very least recommend a compatible receiver.

I’m happy with how the glass looks, but the lack of after-sale support for something that is part of the gate system has definitely taken away from the overall experience.

Wow high quality and easy to install.

My family is impressed and planning to order after my referral!

ok
