Refund Policy
Glass Returns (Delivery Orders):
We guarantee that the glass will arrive in excellent condition. We recommend opening the crate upon delivery and performing a quick visual inspection. You have 3 days from the delivery date to notify us of any damage that occurred during transport. Any damage must be reported before installation in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. If damage is confirmed, we will either reimburse you or ship a replacement at no additional cost.
It’s important to note that breakage during transport is extremely rare, occurring on average only once in every 3,952 orders, or 0.00025% of the time. Our extensive experience in packing and shipping glass ensures that your order is handled with the utmost care.
Glass Returns (Pick Up Orders and In-Store Returns):
We now accept returns of glass orders that are undamaged and returned within 30 days of the original purchase or pickup date. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be brought back to our store in its original condition, along with the purchase receipt.
We encourage all customers to inspect their glass products prior to leaving the warehouse, but we understand that changes can occur. Provided the item has not been damaged or altered after pickup, we will gladly issue a full refund upon return.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
This does not apply to items damaged during transport. In confirmed transport-damage cases, we cover all replacement and shipping costs at no additional charge to you, as described above.
Hardware Returns:
Hardware items that have not been used and remain in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Simply bring the item and your receipt to our store and we’ll handle the rest.
Final Sale Policy
All glass sales are final. Because our glass products are made-to-order and cut to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of glass based on change of mind, ordering errors, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all glass purchases are final sale, subject only to the transport-damage exception described above.
Packaging and Return Instructions:
For items being returned, please ensure they are securely packaged for transport. We recommend using the original packaging or a similarly protective alternative to avoid any damage during the return process.
