Glass Returns (Delivery Orders)
We guarantee that your glass will arrive in perfect condition. When your order is delivered, we recommend opening the crate and doing a quick visual inspection. If you notice any damage during transport, you have 3 days from the delivery date to let us know. We’ll either reimburse you or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Breakage during transport is extremely rare—it happens in only 1 out of 3,952 orders (0.00025% of the time). Thanks to our expertise in packing and shipping glass, your order is handled with the utmost care.
Glass Returns (Pick-Up Orders)
Once glass leaves our warehouse, it cannot be returned. We encourage all customers to inspect their glass thoroughly before transporting it. This ensures you’re satisfied with the quality and specifications of your purchase. We provide detailed product information to help you make informed decisions.
Hardware Returns
Unused hardware items in their original, unopened packaging can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. To start an exchange, bring the item and your receipt to our store. Our team will guide you through the process, making it quick and hassle-free.
