Shipping Information
Ever wonder how we ship glass without it breaking? You’ve come to the right place! Shipping glass might sound tricky, but it’s our specialty. Over the years, we’ve perfected the process to ensure your glass arrives safely and in one piece.
With years of experience and a focus on precision, we’ve become experts in handling and shipping glass. You can trust us to deliver your order with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Here’s how we do it:
1. Crating the Glass
At our warehouse, we take great care to crate your glass securely. This process usually takes one business day. We stack the glass carefully and secure the hardware on the side of the crate to prevent movement. Each pane is tightly strapped together, with small cork pieces placed between them for extra cushioning.
Our glass is about twice as thick as a car windshield, so there’s virtually no risk of it breaking during transit. With over 30,000 crates shipped successfully, we’ve mastered the art of safe glass transportation. Your glass is in expert hands!
2. Shipping Glass Deck Railing
Once your order is ready, it’s securely stored until the carrier picks it up. We work with trusted local and international carriers known for their careful handling of delicate items. We take pride in ensuring your glass arrives in perfect condition, and we guarantee it will be handled with care every step of the way.
3. Receiving Frameless Glass Railing
The moment you’ve been waiting for—your frameless glass railing has arrived! The carrier will deliver the securely packaged glass using their tailgate service. Please prepare a spot in advance for the large box, which typically measures around 80" x 48" x 24".
When your package arrives, inspect it carefully to ensure everything is present and undamaged. If there are any issues, don’t worry—we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 3 days to report any damage directly to us via email.
Please note: Any accidents or damages that occur after the goods have arrived in good condition (e.g., during installation) are not covered by the 3-day inspection period.
